We designed a stainless steel belt flat conveyor for automatically cutting cakes with the customer who makes ultrasonic knives this time. The staff just need to put the whole cake on the front side of the stainless steel belt flat conveyor and it will be transported through the conveyor belt. Before entering the conveyor in the middle section, there will be a set of sensors to sense the temperature of the cake. After confirming that the temperature is correct, the cake pan will be transported to the processing location. Then the four groups of cylinders perform the secondary positioning of the cake pan, the ultrasonic knife will cut the cake into a specified size and sent out by the conveyor belt.

Last but not the least, a washing sink is set by the side of the arm to clean the ultrasonic knives. This mode of operation only requires personnel to unload and take materials on the front and rear ends of the stainless steel belt conveyor. It not only reduces the defect rate caused by manual cake cutting, but also makes the entire production line smoother.
