Today we going to introduce Sprinkler Stainless Steel Conveyor which equipped with plastic net. This conveyor is specially designed for PET preform manufacturer. Due to the size of preforms is large, the bottles are thicker. It can’t not be cooled immediately by machine. So we specially made the conveyor equipped with sprinkler to cool the temperature to prevent the bottle from being deformed and dented.

Because of the limited environment and aesthetic issues, we installed a water tank on the conveyor to allow water can circulate in the device, we also installed a radiator to adjust the water temperature to prevent the temperature of the water from rising after the water hits the bottle. We also installed a water circulation filter to make sure the water won’t be polluted by dust and other pollution during repeated circulation in the bottle.Of course, the water would be changed regularly to make sure the food safety and hygiene.
