Today, we will introduce the automatic equipment for automatic delivery and collection. The customer’s delivery items are packaged edamame. This design is mainly to fill the empty basket with the packaged edamame, and stack the filled baskets to a proper height. This can save a lot of manpower and efficiency.
Let me introduce the functions of each station in detail. First, the first station is basket-feeding. All empty baskets are placed on the power roller table and transported forward to the end. There is a limiting stopper in the end to prevent the basket from being transported. The detector can slow down the goods to a stop. After confirming that the basket is in place, it will start to feed and count (the number of packages required for each basket can be set by the customer). After the count is completed, the hopper will close, and the blocking cylinder will drop, the basket will go to the second station for transportation.
The second station is the stacking baskets, the end is also blocked by the cylinder limit to avoid over-transporting the head and the speed sensor. Compared with the previous station, a set of cylinders is used to clamp and stack the basket. The height of the stack can be set by the customer, remember not to too high and overweight, otherwise there will be safety concerns and structural damage. After the set number of baskets is accumulated, the blocking cylinder will drop and be transported to the next station.
The third stop is for the product to be taken out of the basket. After the basket arrives at this stop, it will slowly drop to the lowest point, waiting to be taken out manually. If the person does not take it out within the time, it will be regarded as abnormal and the machine will stop.
