Hello, I am Jessica, and I'm introducing the diverter packaging line belt conveyor. Lichen has designed this set of three aluminum extrusion belt conveyors for the customers, specifically for the diverter packaging line, to solve the production capacity issues on the assembly line. We have also added work tables on the conveyor belts to provide convenience and save time for packaging personnel. We utilize three aluminum extrusion belt conveyors to achieve the diversion effect. The diversion design not only improves production capacity but also prevents the entire production line from coming to a halt if one of the packaging lines stops. As we can see, in the receiving section, when the sensor detects a collection of 10 items that fall onto the receiving conveyor belt, it sends a signal to the cylinder. Together with two cylinders, it performs an opening and closing action to align the workpieces against the side plate, ensuring that each compartment on the conveyor belt contains the same quantity of workpieces and is oriented in the same direction. This facilitates smoother handling for the packaging personnel. Additionally, we have included a conveyor belt in the middle specifically for the rejected products (NG items). When the packaging personnel identifies NG items, they can directly place them on the NG line in the middle, transporting them to the end for recycling. This helps labor saving and improves production capacity. The above is the customized conveyor belt system designed by Lichin for our customers. 此案是客戶因為疫情原因，在大陸的生產線，無法順利出貨，需要將大部分產能移回台灣製作，故麗晨為客戶設計這套三條鋁擠型皮帶分流包裝線輸送帶，為解決工件在包裝線上的產能問題，使包裝人員作業方便。利用三條鋁擠型皮帶式輸送帶來達到分流的效果，分流的設計不僅能讓產能提升也避免其中一條包裝線停止時，造成整條包裝線都停擺的狀況。而在收料的部分，SENSOR偵測工件集滿10張落至收料區時，會與汽缸交訊，搭配兩支汽缸做開合的動作，工件落到包裝線的檔板輸送帶上，使輸送帶的每一格的工件數量一樣，且方向一致。順帶一提的是當包裝人員挑出NG品時，將NG品放至NG線的輸送帶上，能與正常的工件區分差異
