I'd like to introduce you to pallet cleaning and stacking equipment. The equipment features a roller conveyor that pushes a stack of pallets forward. The conveyor then enters a secure area enclosed by machine guarding to ensure the safety of personnel. Once inside the secure area, the pallets go through a Pallet Separator where the pallets are separated individually from the stack. Following the initial manual dust removal step using an air gun, the pallets enter a dust removal device equipped with powerful fans. These fans blow away dust, achieving effective pallet cleaning. The dirty air blown down enters the dust removal device for filtration and is then released as clean air. Since pallets should be cleaned on both sides, they go into a flipping machine to rotate them 180 degrees to the backside. The pallets then move to the next station, where the back is manually cleaned and dust removed using air guns. The pallets then enter a second flipping machine to return them to their original position. The cleaned pallets proceed to the following two pallet stacking machines, where they are neatly stacked, making it easy for personnel to transport the well-stacked pallets to their designated locations using a forklift.

今天要跟大家介紹的是棧板清潔與堆疊設備， 透過動力滾筒台，把整疊棧板往前推進，前進之後會進入置放安全區，旁邊有安全圍籬圍起來，以確保人員安全。 再來就是進入分板機，將整層棧板一片一片分出來，透過第一道由人工使用風槍除塵的步驟後，再進入除塵設備，藉由除塵設備的強力風扇吹塵，達到棧板除塵的效果，吹下來的髒污空氣，會進入到除塵設備過濾，再排放出清潔的空氣。 因棧板需要兩面清潔，所以需要進入翻板機內把棧板180度旋轉到背面後，進入下一站由人工使用風槍將棧板的背面進行清潔及除塵，然後再進入第二台翻板機將棧板翻轉回正面。 清潔完成的棧板，會進入接下來這兩台堆板機，把棧板整齊的堆疊起來，讓人員可以輕鬆的將堆疊好的棧板使用堆高機運送至擺放的位置。
